At this point you have read some works by your author, created a biography, and have been thinking about the themes and concepts within the works. Now it is time to research the motifs by placing them in a greater literary context. There are a number of ways to approach this task. Your research decisions should be based on your thesis. You are strongly encouraged to read more than one work by your author.

Task 1
Take some time to explore the authors in the different categories. Beside each author is a link to a collection we have in the Bonnycastle Library or to an overview of the author. The collection includes links to an overview of the author and provide an introductory list of the resources available through the Bonnycastle Library.
Please explore authors from at least 3 of the categories.
When you are ready, choose 3 authors you are considering for your project and submit the three choices using the Google form in your Google classroom. The form is also linked below the list. You may change your choices if you decide you are not interested in the author after your preliminary exploration.
