News- Hello grownups! We had such a sweet and wonderful week in preschool! Here is what we've been up to!
Friday we made jell-o! We made 5 different flavors. We all worked together mixing and smelling the different flavors. Everyone tried a little bit of jell-o and I was so excited!
We practiced writing the letter G. We worked on the sound and identifying words that start with the letter G. We did say that G can sound like "giraffe", but it can also sound like "goat". I didn't go into detail that a "gi, gy, and ge" make a different sound, but I did introduce that G makes different sounds.
Our number of the week was 6. We continued practicing one-to-one correspondence with our numbers.
The color of the week was pink.
We read so many books and did a few fun crafts! We read lots of Halloween books to get ready for spooky season! We read Peppa's Halloween Party and Little Blue Truck's Halloween.
We won't be making anything this week since our week is short! I will only be here on Monday so I hope everyone has a wonderful and since it's a short week we will just be reviewing what we've learned so far!
