Michelle Painter Lama

Michelle Painter Lama is an attorney working as in-house counsel for T-Mobile. Mrs. Lama has over 25 years of experience in corporate law, specializing in telecommunications law. Prior to joining T-Mobile 6 ½ years ago, Mrs. Lama owned her own law firm for 10 years, representing primarily AT&T on legal issues facing the telecommunications industry.

Mrs. Lama started her career working for 10 years as in-house counsel at a telecommunications company called MCI (now part of Verizon). Mrs. Lama is a member of both the Virginia and Pennsylvania bars and received her law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
