Jennifer Wroniewicz attended the University of Tulsa earning a Bachelor of Arts in American History and Education. After college, she began her career in Meetings and Events, with her first job at the National Association of Broadcasters as the Director of Convention Operations. She then went on to work at several other associations, and currently is the Director of the Annual Convention for the Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC).
At APIC, she serves as the subject matter expert on meetings and events for APIC. Responsible for the oversight of the conference content and educational programming, administration of logistics, relationship management of third-party vendors, and venue planning. Primary liaison to the Annual Conference Committee. Overall responsibility for the process, planning and implementation of logistics and operations, in coordination with staff and volunteer leaders. Supervises a team of three full time employees & 20 + vendors.
As a member of the Meetings and Events Industry, Mrs. Wroniewicz is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) (25+ years) and has a certification in Virtual Meeting Management (3 years).
