- Roll a ball to a target and if you hit the target, move yourself further back for a challenge

- Standing facing target
- Preferred hand swings down and back, reaching behind the body
- Step with opposition toward target (rolling with right hand & step with left foot)
- Bends knees to lower body
- Releases ball close to the floor so the ball does not bounce and rolls smoothly on ground
