Object Control

Definition:

Object control is when you use your body to move an object. You can use your hands, arms, feet, legs and even head to move objects. Objects include bean bags, balls, implements such as rackets and bats, dice and much more!

Directions:

Use the drop down tabs to select different units. Each unit will have some basic information along with visual demonstrations. Different types of activities to practice these object control skills will also be included. As time passes, we will continue to add more activities and visual demonstrations!
