Definition:

Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of your heart and lungs to pump oxygen rich blood to the working muscles.

Examples of Cardiovascular Endurance activities:

-Running/Jogging/Walking

-Swimming

-Riding a bike

-Jumping Rope

-Dancing

-Hiking

-Anything that makes your heart beat and lungs breath faster!
