This term Nursery have been learning ‘Who We Are’ learning all about ourselves.
We introduced some small world pictures of the children called Mini Me’s. The children have been finding their own picture and learning the names of their friends.
The children have been making their own self portraits out of clay. We started recognising similarities and differences between us and our friends.
The children have made lots of new friends at nursery. We worked together to make our own nursery rules. We used our handprints to sign it
We made up our own Nursery Rules song to help us remember.

with the girls and boys

We like to use our gentle hands playing with our friends.
Always make the right choice, the fun will never end.

The children have had a fantastic term in nursery learning all about themselves and making new friends. To finish it off we performed for our mummy and daddy’s at our Christmas Show.
The children have learnt about the nativity story and sung songs to help tell the story.
