Forest School

Students in the Primary at Landmark enjoy an exciting outdoor curriculum at our dedicated Forest School site in Abington. Kingfisher and Robinnattend weekly and Toucan and Eagle every fortnight. Students learn a range of practical skills such as lighting fires, using tools, caring for wildlife and plant identification, as well as making connections to their curriculum at school.

N.B. During the winter months, we do not visit the forest in order to allow it time for recovery and regeneration. However, Kingfisher and Robin classes will still use outdoor spaces for learning and play every Wednesday throughout the Spring term. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately every Wednesday.
