京都大学 全学Zoomサービス 概要 / Overview of Kyoto University Zoom Service

2026年6月1日より機能が拡充しました。

1. ライセンスの基本仕様 / Basic Specifications

教職員向けの全学ライセンスでは、以下の機能が利用可能です。 / The following features are available under the university-wide license for faculty and staff.

• 参加人数 / Capacity: *  500名 / 500 participants.

• 時間制限 / Time Limit: * 連続30時間まで可能（40分制限なし） / Up to 30 hours per session (no 40-minute limit).

• ブレイクアウトルーム / Breakout Rooms: * 最大100室 / Up to 100 rooms.

• ウェビナー/Webinar: 500名 / 500 participants.

• 自動字幕 / Automated Captions:  日本語を含む多言語の文字起こしが可能です（Web設定で有効化が必要）。/ Multilingual transcription, including Japanese, is available (must be enabled in Web settings).

• 翻訳版字幕 / Translated subtitles: 会話をリアルタイムでほかの言語に自動翻訳し、字幕で表示することができます 。 / Conversations can be automatically translated into other languages ​​in real time and displayed as subtitles.

2. クラウド録画の利用ルール / Rules for Cloud Recording

容量節約のため、以下の制限と協力が求められています。 / To manage storage capacity, please adhere to the following rules:

• 容量制限 / Storage Limits:

  • 授業利用：1科目 3GB / Course use: 3GB per subject.

  • 授業外利用：1人 0.5GB / Non-course use: 0.5GB per person.

• データ管理 / Data Management:

  • 不要な録画は削除し、長期保存が必要な場合は各自の端末にダウンロードしてください。/ Delete unnecessary files. For long-term storage, download recordings to your local device.

  • 「自動削除機能」の活用を推奨します。/ The use of the "Auto-delete" function is recommended.

3. 主な連携 / Collaborations

• KULMS連携 / KULMS Integration: * 学習管理システム KULMS内からミーティング作成が可能です。/ Meetings can be created and managed directly within the PandA LMS.

• 連携アプリ / Integrated Apps: * Slack, Timer, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams などが利用可能です。/ Pre-approved apps include Slack, Timer, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams.

4. 注意点 / Important Notes

• 既存アカウントの移行 / Account Migration: * 既に @kyoto-u.ac.jp で個人契約している場合、全学ライセンスに切り替えると既存のデータや設定が利用できなくなります。/ If you already have a personal account under @kyoto-u.ac.jp, switching to the university license will make existing recordings and settings inaccessible.

• 学生の利用 / For Students: * ミーティングへの参加にはアカウントは不要です。/ Students do not need an account to join meetings.

クライアントアプリのダウンロードについて / Downloading the client app

• Zoomクライアントをご利用される場合は、公式サイトのダウンロードセンターよりダウンロードしてお使いください。/ If you would like to use the Zoom client, please download it from the official website's download center.

• 古いバージョンのZoomアプリには深刻な脆弱性などが含まれている場合がありますので、必ず最新版にアップデートを行ってご利用下さい。 / Older versions of the Zoom app may contain serious vulnerabilities, so please be sure to update to the latest version before using it.
