DISPLAY TINY?:
Q: After I hooked up my MacBook, my display was very tiny. Both on the board and on my Macbook.
A: You need to change your display settings.
Click System preferences on the Macbook
Click Displays
Click Display Settings
Click Scaled and pick 1920x1080 -the 2nd image
SOUND:
Q: The board is not playing sound, but I am able to hear the sound from my Macbook.
A: You need to change your sound settings:
Click System preferences on the Macbook
Click Sounds
Click Click Output
Select - AP7 Titanium
PEN NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME IN ACTIVE INSPIRE:
Q: My pen doesn't always work or stops working when I am using Active Inspire.
A: You need to check and possibly change your settings in Active Inspire:
SELECT Dual Mode ActivBoards
In the dropdown for Touch Input Handling select: Touch OR Stylus
In the dropdown for Touch interoperability select: Default
Select - AP7 Titanium
Your toolbar in Active Inspire should look like this -------
