When your MacBook Air is Plugged into your Promethean Board it will CHARGE!
I found this out while traveling from classroom to classroom! Coolest thing ever. When you are plugged into the USB-C cable to the board your MacBook Air charges. You do not need to be plugged into a separate charger!!!
Display Settings
Is your display really tiny after you plugged in your new Macbook Air? Both on the board and on my Macbook? You need to change your display settings.
Click System Preferences on the MacBook
Click Displays
Click Display Settings
Click Scaled>
We recommend 1920x1080 - it's usually the 2nd box from the left
Sound Settings
If the board is not playing sound but you are able to hear sound coming from my Macbook. - you need to change the sound settings in system preferences on your Macbook.
Click System Preferences
Click Sounds
Click Output
Select AP7 Titanium
