Abstract. Dear colleagues and participants of the 5th International Scientific Student Conference “Management: Challenges and Prospects”. The Department of Management at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman is honored to present the collection of abstracts encompassing the results of research conducted by Ukrainian and international students at all levels of higher education in the field of management.
This conference, now held for the fifth time, serves as an important platform for the exchange of ideas and insights that open new horizons in management practice. The materials in this collection of abstracts are structured around relevant thematic areas, showcasing new approaches that shape contemporary management. Particular emphasis were given to the issues of sustainable development of business and society, as these aspects are particularly relevant in the face of modern challenges. Additionally, the collection includes studies addressing digital trends and innovations in management, which play a crucial role in transforming management processes. Human resource management, as one of the most important success factors, deserves particular focus in our discussions. Equally important are the issues surrounding external challenges in management, which demand flexibility and adaptability from today’s managers, as well as the challenges and opportunities for management in the context of European integration processes that are shaping new realities for the business environment. We hope that the materials in this collection will be useful for further scientific and practical development in the field of management. We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants for their active engagement and contribution to this significant discussion.
