Abstract. The essence of the concepts of “interaction”, “partnership”, “partner interaction” that occurs between enterprises, institutions and organizations of the HoReCa market is defined. An author's approach to the formation of a trust funnel of partners in the HoReCa market based on key principles and elements of partnership interaction is proposed. The types of partnerships are systematized based on responsibility and participation in the activities of the business organization, coordination of its activities depending on the reason for the creation, implementation and development of partnership interaction. Forms of strategic partnership are distinguished according to the degree of deepening of interaction, cooperation and pooling of resources. Six principles of effective partnership have been established, with a focus on the creation and development of partnership interaction.
