Manage a staff of six resident assistants and a separate staff of ten work study students. Act as a liaison between residents of Ball Hall and Facilities, Office of Housing & Residence Life, and several other departments. Effectively oversee the staff in Ball Hall and the building as a whole. Conduct various tasks associated such as biweekly 1:1 meetings with staff, manage and run the Staff Development Committee and programming in the building.
140 hour Field Period in the Lightner Library. Focused on recovery and organization of archival material from the college. Created finding aids and organized various delicate material, some older than the college itself.
Implemented community standards and focused on community development and programming. Acted as a liaison for residents to the Office of Housing and Residence Life, Facilities, and Health & Counseling Services. Documented incidents and placed work requests. At one point was the entire first floor RA and had roughly 60 residents that I worked with.
142- Hour Field Period internship through Petal Garden, Inc. Spearheaded a new employee operations manual, photography and new product listings, sales analysis, and focused heavily on the movement to a new eCommerce Platform (Shopify).
152-hour Field Period internship through the P.A. Hutchison Company’s Human Resources department. I completed life insurance policy forms, scheduled and conducted interviews, payroll, filing, posting important Human Resource related forms, gave and graded aptitude tests to employees, as well as general office work.
Specialized in packing and labeling cartons, stacking books, and transporting pallets of books/cartons. Lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a loud and dynamic environment with many different kinds of people

Acted as liaison to between the team and the coach. Developed and implemented new workouts. Kept an eye on the team and focused on creating a family atmosphere and volunteering in the community.
Develop relationships between Yates County Habitat for Humanity, and our club on campus. This involves going to the meetings and build sites and developing relationships with those who are working.
Devised solutions to issues regarding athletics and made decisions about the next steps the college will take to most greatly benefit the athletics department and school as a whole
National Honor Society that brings together future leaders and helps set them up for success through different activities and meetings.
Keuka College's oldest and most prestigious honor society. We focus on scheduling and organizing the Honors Convocation ceremony at Keuka College every spring.
Member of the chartering committee for NRHH that has recently been created. This is an honor society for the top 5% of Keuka College students and it focuses on being a leader and building community in a residential setting. President of this organization.
National Honor Society that brings together future leaders in the field of business, management, and administration.
Attended Keuka College’s first ever Leadership Summit. Learned and actively participated in several sessions on learning how to be a better and more effective leader.
Presented on a case study at the SUNY Brockport RA Conference. Attended several sessions to learn how to be a better leader on campus, as well as network with other RAs.
Attended Keuka College’s annual CSCY day of service. Working with the United Methodist Church we cleaned up part of the roadway on 363 to Canandaigua, NY.
Attended a service trip to southern Illinois to work on environmental conservation and trail building. Focused on serving people we have not and will not ever meet by creating a piece of trail for people to use for years to come.
Attended a service trip to Puerto Rico to focus on hurricane and natural disaster relief. Together with twenty other people from Keuka College we performed beach cleanup, painted three houses, and worked on our place of lodging to leave things better than we found them.
Most valuable player on the men’s cross country team three years in a row.
Winner of “Rookie of the Year” in 2017 for leadership ability as a first year Resident Assistant.
