Supervisor Evaluation

Below you will find the supervisor evaluation for my fourth and final experiential learning experience. I think it is worth noting that my evaluations have not been perfect over the years. I think its important to put them all on this E-Portfolio so one can see the growth that I have achieved over my last four years. I have learned a lot about myself through these Field Periods, and grown so much because of them!
