Being a YSA scholar means that you spend your academic day (8 AM - 2 PM) on NKU’s campus taking the course load of a full-time college student. It also means that you are enveloped in a community of like-minded scholars who value education. At YSA, we believe that ALL scholars should learn how to navigate the higher education system; we have a full-time staff dedicated to making your college experience great! You will learn with a cohort of scholars, lead your peers, and learn the skills and mindset to become a successful college graduate. In your senior year, you will have dedicated mentorship during your college application process from professional educators who are just as invested in your success as you are.
