Swivl is a free app available in the Apple App Store for iOS Devices. You can use the Swivl app to record your video.

Photos for iOS is the built in photos app installed on all iOS devices. You can actually trim video directly in the Photos app.

Video Compress is a free app in the Apple App Store tah allows you to compress the size of videos directly on your iOS Device.

Open Camera by Mark Harman is a free app on the Google Play Store that will both record video and can help reduce the size of videos.

Windows 10 does not include Windows Movie Maker, however, you can trim video using the Photos App. Check out the video to see how.

Mac/ Apple

iMovie

iMovie is included (or available for free download) on all Apple computers. It can be used to trim and convert video. Video conversion is limited in that iMovie can import a handful of video formats but primarily exports to .mp4 (which is the preferred format for edTPA).
