iOS to Windows

Windows 7

1. Connect your iPhone into a Windows computer using the USB connector cable.
2. Click the Start menu then Computer. Locate your iPhone under Portable Devices and double-click the icon to open it.
3. Double-click Internal Storage.
4. Click to select the DCIM (Digital Camera Images) folder.
5. Type * in the folder's search button and click the Searchicon to bring up a listing of all images, videos, and subfolders within the DCIM folder.
6. Drag desired file from DCIM folder to desktop, or desired location on your computer.

Windows 8 and Windows 10

1. Connect your iPhone to your PC via the cable that came with your device.
2. Open the Photos app.
3. Right-click within the app to view the app commands
4. Click Import.
5. Select the device you would like to import from.
6. The app automatically searches for all photos and videos that it hasn’t imported before and selects them. You can also click each photo and video you want to import, or tap or click Select all.
7. Click Import.
8. The photos and videos are saved in the Pictures folder in a subfolder named according to the date (for example, 2015-04-10).
