Rank One

• Rank One is used to capture, track, and organize all required athlete documentation.   

• Make sure rosters and schedules are entered in Rank One and updated consistently. Rank One is utilized by the public so all information needs to be published. 

• Coaches must submit contest scores within 24 hours after the conclusion of a match, game or meet. 

• An athlete cannot practice or compete for your program if they are not green in the Rank One system. This should be checked regularly to avoid any issues.

UIL Portal / RMA – Initiating PAPF, Waiver and Varsity Eligibility Forms 

• Coach Aro and Coach Harris will meet with and initiate all PAPFs with parents. Head Coaches are responsible for providing athlete's names to Leona for scheduling. 

• Head Coaches are responsible for tracking ALL PAPF’s for each athlete that is new to the school zone/campus via the online UIL Portal. 

• Waivers will also be processed thru the UIL Portal. 

• Head coaches are to complete and submit all original and supplemental UIL Varsity Eligibility Forms thru the UIL Portal.
