Booster

The MCHS ABC operates separately from KISD.

The ABC has their own Check Request and Deposit Form.

These forms are available online or in Leona's office.

All forms must be submitted to Leona in order for ABC to receive them.

Do not ask any member of the ABC to fund items for your sport without going through the proper channels and having the correct documentation (quotes, receipts etc.).

Check request submission does not automatically guarantee payment by ABC.

Program budgets must be at zero or positive to receive ABC funds.
