We are professionals in how we communicate, in our appearance, in the classroom and in competition. 

We are compliant with campus expectations, district requirements and UIL guidelines. 

We prioritize discipline and accountability first in ourselves and then within our athletes. 

We will model the attitude, behavior and character we want to instill in our athletes. 

We take care of our facilities ensuring that all equipment is put in its proper place and all doors and gates are secured and locked daily. 

We support other athletic programs as well as other departments and clubs around campus. 

We respectfully share athletes understanding that we are all working toward the same goal of success.

We collectively celebrate our successes and encourage each other through our hardships understanding that a change in culture starts with us.
