Budget and Purchasing
All athletic business will be processed by Leona Flores.
All requests must be approved by the Campus athletic coordinator.
All purchase orders must be finalized prior to ordering.
All donation forms are to be completed on-line.
Pay N Go Procedures:
Pay N Go is KISD's preferred method for money collection.
Set up a Pay N Go to collect payments for Fundraisers, Field Trips, and Student Fees.
Turnaround: 30 business days.
For dues, field trips, fundraisers, please select "Webstore Setup" and proceed to fill out the information asked. No Pay N Go paper form is needed anymore.
All Pay N Go applications will be submitted now using Top Desk. The app is now working in MyKatyCloud. To access look for this tile:
