Envision Access on Computers and Chromebooks

Please follow these directions located in Knowledge Base: https://help.katyisd.org/help/stemscopes-student-access

• Use Chrome Browser

• Use MyKaty

• If multiple students are sharing one device, refer to this article: https://help.katyisd.org/help/multiple-students-on-device-from-home

• If students get the adfs login screen, enter the Katy ISD ID@katyisd.org then the Katy ISD Password

Envision Access on iPad through Chrome Browser

Install the Chrome Browser on the iPad. It is available through Self Service on district devices, or through the App Store on personal devices.

• Students log in to MyKaty

• Click on StemScopes or Envision

• If prompted for a login, enter the Katy ISD ID@katyisd.org then the Katy ISD Password

• If a DIFFERENT student needs to access StemScopes or Envision, then:

  • Student 1 needs to log out of all applications

  • Tap the 3 dots at the top of the Chrome browser on the iPad

  • Tap on History

  • Tap Clear Browsing Data

  • Select all options (browsing history, cookies and site data, cached images and files, saved passwords, and autofill data)

  • Change Time Range to All Time

  • Tap Clear Browsing Data. Tap the words again to confirm.

  • Tap Done

  • Now Student 2 can login
