Just for today: 

"Be motivated by a sense of your own unique purpose and not by fear." These mindfulness lessons are focused on creating a peaceful space for you to take a break from all the cares and concerns you may have at this time. We will be using the Mindfulness Journal you see to the left.

We will experience mindfulness together by setting aside 15 minutes each day in your Remote Learning Schedule to: 

1.)Focus our minds on a shared word

2.)Color a page together using colored pencils or markers.

 Focus on your unique sense of PURPOSE. Say, "I am unique. I  have dreams, goals, interests, and ideas."  Now, go and use your voice to express them to those in your world! You are important and valued and there is only one you!
