Re-focus on your own unique sense of purpose and write three words that come to mind on the inside cover of your Mindfulness & Gratitude Journal. Remind yourself that you have purpose, you posses unique interests, abilities, talents, thoughts, values and ideas. You have something uniquely important and valuable to enjoy and give the world, this is your purpose. Think about how you want to use your uniqueness and individual purpose in the future. Will you use it to learn new skills? Prepare to attend college when you graduate from high school? Create opportunities for yourself and others by owning your own business?
