Tips for Distance Learning Success:
1) Calm down any strong emotions.
2) Use your skills for learning:
Focus your learning, look at the screen of your device and find the written directions.
Listen to what the teacher is saying, follow the directions that you hear.
Be assertive, ask questions if you need help with directions.
Use positive self-talk such as, "I am smart, I can do this!" or, "This assignment is challenging, but I'm up for this challenge!" or "This seems like a lot of hard work, but I will not stop working until I complete it!"
