Lunch Application Directions

These videos and guides were created by the Leeward District Bilingual School-Home Assistants and bilingual Waipahu High School staff in August 2022. The Ezmealapp.com videos were made by the Student Translator Summer Interns in 2023.

The paper form changed slightly for the 2023-2024 school year. The child income section was moved, but the directions are the same.
