4 salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
2 - 3 tbs olive oil (rosemary or herbs de provence infused is best)
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
4 tbs parmesan, grated
salt
pepper
Preheat oven to 400 (?? - need to double check package)
Place fillets on baking tray. (thawed if they have been frozen)
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic and mix well, mashing up the garlic to try to infuse the olive oil with it.
Spoon or brush onto the fillets, coverall exposed surfaces.
Salt and pepper fillets to taste.
Sprinkle each fillet with parmesan, up to 1 tbs for each fillet.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
If albumen (fatty white substance) starts to appear at the ends of the fillets, remove them immediately. They're being overcooked.
