- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1 Tbs raisins
- 1/4 c non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger or cardamom
- Soak raisins in cold water overnight or in hot water for 10 minutes
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glass.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
