Black Bean and Corn Vegetarian Chili

This goes great over the Bayou Cornbread.

Ingredients

2 - 14.5oz cans Mild Chili Beans
2 - 14.5oz cans Black Beans, drained & rinsed
2 - 14.5oz cans Petite Diced Tomatos
1 - 6oz can Tomato Paste
1 - 15.25oz can or 2 Cups frozen corn
1 - Large onion, chopped
3 - Cups water
3 - Tbsp Chili Powder
1 - Tbsp Salt
1 - Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 - Tbsp Ground Cumin

Instructions

In a large pot, saute the onion with water
Once the onion is soft and translucent, add the rest of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
