First Impressions:
Both the aroma and the flavor are tart and tangy, but it's not what I'd call chocolatey. The aroma reminds me a little bit of the Ecuador varieties I've had, but the flavor is milder. The flavors listed above like wood, walnut skins, and dry woodland earthiness seems to be accurate. I definitely like the flavor more than the aroma. It's decent overall. Adding a little bit of vanilla almond milk, it really changes the flavor. The chocolate is there, but there's a lot of deeper and sweeter flavors, too. I guess I can see the "sugar cane sweetness" being there. Yeah, especially if I get a bigger sip. This one is really good with the almond milk.
