My own description of the flavor here

First Impressions:
The initial aroma and flavor make me think that this may be one of the sources of their Ancillary Darkness blend. It's got that ever so slighty "fishy" flavor. Maybe that's the 'tannins", but I'm not picking up much other flavorr. I'm not a huge fan of drinking it back. Adding vanilla almond milk, there's a much stronger chocolatey flavor that comes out, as well as maybe the raisin and molasses. I'm not sure what tamarind is like, so I can't speak to that. I'm not really picking up on wine or almonds, though.
