Review the Video:
Watch the entire video for any unnecessary content or dead space.
Trim the Video (if necessary):
Use QuickTime to make edits and remove unnecessary portions.
Save the edited video with a clear and descriptive file name.
Upload the edited video to CastMagic.
Retrieve the following from CastMagic:
Timestamps.
A detailed summary of the video.
Ensure that the timestamps and summary make sense and sound professional. Edit them as needed using common sense.
Upload the Video:
Navigate to the appropriate Facebook group.
Upload the video.
Optimize the Video Post:
Add a compelling title (e.g., "How to Set Your Goals to Reach $100K in Your Business").
Include keywords related to the content.
Choose a screenshot from the video for the thumbnail:
Ensure the thumbnail visually represents the topic (e.g., AI-related graphics for AI content).
Perform an A/B split test for the title or thumbnail if Facebook allows.
Track and monitor results for future improvements.
Post the Video:
Double-check for accuracy before publishing.
Open the Mastermind Spreadsheet.
Navigate to the tab labeled "Trainings".
Add the following details:
Video Title: Ensure the title matches what was posted in the group.
Summary: Use the summary from CastMagic.
Facebook Post URL:
Click on the date stamp of the Facebook post to open the standalone video link.
Copy and paste the URL into the spreadsheet.
Navigate to the YouTube channel and select the playlist for the Mastermind group.
Upload the video as Unlisted.
Use the same title and description from the spreadsheet.
Open the Canva document labeled "AI Trainings".
Add the following:
Video Title: Match the title from Facebook and YouTube.
Short Description: Use the summary from the Mastermind spreadsheet.
Update file name: Using Ai Training MM(date)
Once the video is posted and documented, report the following to Bella:
Title of the video.
Results of the A/B split test (if applicable).
Confirmation of updates to the spreadsheet, YouTube, and Canva.
Ensure all titles are compelling and accurate.
Double-check all URLs and descriptions for consistency.
Confirm thumbnails align with the topic.
QuickTime: For editing videos.
CastMagic: For timestamps and summaries.
Facebook: For uploading and posting.
Mastermind Spreadsheet: For training documentation.
YouTube: For unlisted backup storage.
Canva: For maintaining the AI Trainings List.
SOP to be reviewed quarterly for updates or process improvements.
