2. Name Your Page in the “Add New Page” section.

3. Click "use the Divi Builder."

4. Choose how you want to build - from scratch, premade template or a template already on the site. 

5. Choose "build on front end" so you can build the page live and see your edits as you make them.

6. Customize the page content, including adding a form.

7. Click the green plus to rows. Pick the type of module you want to add .- example, "text"

8. Make all your edits in the Module settings box, then click the green checkmark to set it in place.

9. Repeat as necessary to design your page!

10. Save as a draft by clicking "save draft" on the bottom right.
