Consider the following when communicating with clients.
Assume the sale! Avoid saying “Let Me Know” and start saying “I look forward to working with you” or “we can’t wait to push your business forward!
Be Positive! Just like with the above tip, always be kind, and upbeat; clients will find working with us more enjoyable.
Be Professional! You are representing the Jump Consulting brand and Bella Vasta; keep it professional and sprinkle in some light personal information when appropriate!
Create FOMO! When inviting a client to an event, say “Everyone in the group is going to be there!” or “We are bringing on an expert in SEOs; didn’t you say you needed help with that?”
Don’t Be Passive! Try not to say "if you want" or, "I think we can," let them know we CAN! Ask questions and consult team members and management if you aren't sure.
Don’t Be Dull! We are an upbeat "You go girl" company; we are our client's biggest cheerleaders.

Click “create new canned response."
Save.
Start a new draft.
Go to the “Options” dropdown menu.
Select the desired Canned response.
Fill out the information per canned response.
