Team members are required to adhere to the following minimum guidelines for communication and availability. Failure to do so may jeopardize the working relationship with Jump Consulting.
Team members are required to send their availability to the Operational Manager via email or Slack message.
Team members must outline their availability each day from Monday to Friday with their business hours.
Managers must be available to respond to Slack, email, and Voxer messages from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
