This format keeps context clear – even for developers and support.
To stay focused and avoid message overload, we recommend adjusting your notification settings per Space.
Google Chat allows flexible control, so you can choose to get notified only when you're mentioned.
How to configure notifications:
Open the relevant Space
Click the Space name at the top
Select “Notifications”
Choose “For you” → You'll only be notified when someone mentions you directly
This setup helps you stay informed about critical updates without getting distracted by every message.
It's especially useful for developers and support staff who manage multiple Spaces in parallel.
Use threads for new topics
Use tasks when something is to be done
Do not rename Spaces
Do not delete system messages
Only use @mentions when necessary
Set your notifications to “For you” if overloaded
Avoid using phone calls / WhatsApp unless in urgent cases

Open the target Space
Go to the setting / Apps and Integration
Klick to the button "+ Add Webhooks"
For setting up the JobelHome Platform needs needs the following webhooks:
Book/Cancel/Update: Â Avatar/Logo
Invoice: Avatar/Logo
Registration: Avatar/Logo
Access: Avatar/Logo
Check in/Check out: Avatar/Logo
Info: Avatar/Logo
After your webhooks are created, you can configure the JobelHome Platform:
→ Click the three dots and then "Copy link"
Hint: If your booking engine or channel manager supports webhook notifications (e.g. Beds24), you can also use the Space for direct notifications from your system.
