Our platform is designed to streamline access management for property owners and hosts, allowing them to offer a seamless, self-service check-in experience for their guests. Whether it’s for private apartments, holiday rentals, or hotel rooms, our solution enables hosts to automate guest access and control property entry without needing on-site staff. This end-to-end system simplifies property access by providing guests with entry codes and property information for their stay, minimizing manual processes and enhancing security.
Once a guest books a property, they receive an email with a notification and a registration link. Through this link, guests complete the registration process by providing the necessary details. After successful registration, they are granted access instructions for their designated check-in date and time.
If the registration is not completed before the check-in time, the guest receives up to three reminders. If the guest still does not register, the host is notified that the guest will not be able to access the property.
In the event of a booking cancellation after registration, the designated code is immediately deactivated. If the booking is updated or changed, the code will also be updated or replaced accordingly.
The property features a secure entry system, where the code deactivates upon checkout (in the case of a digital key), ensuring safety and flexibility for both guests and hosts.
Automated Guest Access:
Each guest is given access to the property for the exact duration of their booking.
Access rights are automatically assigned and revoked at check-in and check-out, ensuring that only authorized guests have entry.
This automation eliminates the need for a physical key handover, saving time for hosts and property managers. The client has a hassle free and modern check-in experience.
Flexible Arrival Time:
Guests can arrive anytime after the official check-in without coordinating with the host. Late arrivals, such as those from night flights, are accommodated seamlessly.
Fully Automated Management:
The system requires no manual input from administrators for access setup.
Guest access is configured based on booking information, with automatic updates for any booking modifications or cancellations.
Booking Adjustments:
Access details are dynamically adjusted with any booking changes. If a guest changes their booking to another day or a different room, the access is updated automatically.
If a booking is canceled, access is immediately revoked.
No entry without Registration:
In order for the Guests to get access to the apartment they first need to register with their personal contact details that are required by local tourist authorities.
Guests cannot see the access code before that.
Access Guide for Guest:
Guests receive a guide in multiple languages with step by step instructions on how and where to enter the property with pictures and videos for maximum convenience.
Additional Information provided includes nearby parking, WiFi Password and a tutorial for the smart home feature.
Data Protection Regulation Conformity
All access codes are not openly displayed in emails or on the Jobel Home dashboard to ensure security.
Guests need to manually reveal access codes by clicking on them to ensure that nobody can see the code while looking at their display.

Access is usually provided via a keypad that opens the door electronically.
Special design doors are used since the lock is driven by an integrated motor.
Provides not only access control but also additional Smart-Home features like heating, lighting, and ventilation control.
Guests can manage room settings through their smartphones, adding to the convenience of their stay.
New Loxone devices can be integrated as they become available.
After check-out Smart Home settings like temperature, air conditioning or lighting are reset to their default values. This provides an identical experience to all guests. The service staff has no extra effort and energy can be saved.
TTLock System:
Mechanical door lock cylinder with integrated electronic keypad.
Alternatively digital keysafe.
Simple to install on already existing doors and cost-effective.
Suitable for nearly all door types since opening of the door is entirely powered by human force. No motors required.
Smart features are powered wirelessly by an integrated battery, which needs to be changed regularly. In case of power loss or an emergency a mechanical master key is provided to bypass the lock.
Nuki Lock:
Simple to install.
Unlockable with the use of a smartphone and/or keypad.
Fully wireless powered by batteries.
Motorized lock cylinder that fits a wide range of doors.
Static Code Access:
For properties that use static access codes that are not unique to every guest. Examples may include key safes or entry gates to the building.
Guests receive their code only at check-in time to ensure security.
When codes need to be changed, Administrators are able to update them inside the system themselves for a swift and seamless experience.
None (No Access Required):
Alternatively hosts are able to opt out of using smart features.
For properties or rooms without digital locks.
If hosts prefer to hand over the keys manually upon check-in.
New Locks
The platform is flexible in adding new brands of smart locks to accommodate host specific needs.
A new access type can easily be integrated on the platform within 3 days.

1. Internet Outage Resilience:
User IDs and access codes are generated in advance ensuring that guests are able to access the property even in case of internet outages at check in or arrival time.
