   • If the initial communication fails, the JobelHome Platform automatically retries multiple times within a predefined time frame to ensure data synchronization.

3. Alert System:

   • In case of continuous failure, property owners receive alerts, allowing them to resolve technical issues before check-in.

Guest Access Management

1. Pre-Check-in Access Control:

   • Guests receive their access credentials in advance, ensuring they are prepared for their stay.

   • These credentials remain deactivated until the official check-in time. Even if a guest attempts to enter the code or access the Loxone application before check-in, they will be notified that access is not yet permitted.

2. Post-Check-in Access Activation:

   • After the check-in time, entering the access code activates full control through Loxone, regardless of online or offline status.

   • For added reliability, it is recommended to install an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) for door motors. Loxone offers robust solutions in the 24-volt range to support such requirements.
