Application Deadline: December 17, 2025
Pay & Schedule: $15/hour; 15 hrs/week for 15 weeks
Eligible seniors may complete their internship during the school day. Some positions may lead to full-time employment.
Internship Dates: January–May 2026
(Typical start: Jan 19–23; end: May 4–8, depending on employer)
Available Positions: Healthcare, culinary, marketing, nonprofit work, AI/data, fundraising, and more.

Eligibility
Applications must be submitted during the spring semester of a student’s junior year.
Interns must be seniors in high school during the program.
Interns must be age 17 or older, and must turn 18 by July 1, 2026.
Parent or legal guardian permission is required for all minors.

Confidentiality and Parent Attestation Forms
Employee Health New Hire Appointment (completed by your start date)
For this appointment, you need to bring the following:
Immunization Records
Proof of flu shot
Proof of immunity to measles, mumps, rubella and varicella
Proof of Tdap vaccination (within the last 10 years) and hepatitis B vaccination
Proof of Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test

*Interested students should contact their school counselor as soon as possible to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
Eligibility
Must be a high school senior
Must be 17 years old by the first day of training
Minimum 2.0 GPA
90% attendance rate
Able to lift up to 70 lbs
Application Process
High School Juniors MUST:
Attend all required UPS recruitment presentations and meetings (contact your school counselor to learn when presentations takes place).
Complete all required UPS paperwork.
Complete an interview with UPS staff.
Get a conditional job offer from UPS.
Attend UPS Orientation and Training.
