What is an ILP?
ILP stands for Individual Learning Plan. As you go through the ILP process each year, you are making a plan for your education and career goals during and after high school. You will:
Complete interest surveys that will match you with careers based on your personality and interests.
Explore careers by completing virtual job shadow videos, reading about the salary and benefits, and considering the pathway to entering an entry level job in your careers of interest.
Set short term and long term goals to guide the decisions you make with scheduling and extracurricular activities.
Look at the process for applying for jobs and schools.
Learn about the student loan process, and you will build a resume.
Why do I need to complete an ILP each year?
Why do I need to complete an ILP each year?
State law requires each student to complete an ILP each year. It is beneficial to spend time planning for YOUR future and building options to pursue for future financial independence.
Login to your Clever account. (Check the JCPS Quick Links in the top left hand corner of your chrome tabs. Pic below)
Look for the app called Pathful. (Pic below.)
3. When you login, your screen will look like this. Hover over “My Tracker”.
4. Choose “Lesson Progress”.
5. Your next screen should look like this (Grade level should match your Infinite Campus grade level):
Once you have completed the ILP, you will need to take a screenshot and submit it to your English and Math google classrooms.
To take a screenshot on a chromebook, align the screen to show you are 100% finished with the assignment.
Press ctrl + show window button.

5. Your next screen should look like this (Grade level should match your Infinite Campus grade level):
Use the following checklist to track your completion. You will complete Part A in your English class and Part B in your Math class.
Once you have completed the ILP, you will need to take a screenshot and submit it to your English and Math google classrooms.
