Fundraising is key to the Eastern Band’s success. We offer a wide-range of fundraising activities to give our students exceptional opportunities. DONATIONS

If you would like to donate to the Eastern Band program, please click the donate button above. Donations go through the Eastern Band Parent Association, which is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible. The Eastern Band Program would not be able to function without the support of sponsors like you. Our needs are great and continual. Our top reasons for donations include student sponsorship, events, competitions, new instruments, and supplies. Additionally, Mail a check or money order to:

RESTAURANT & EVENT NIGHT FUNDRAISERS

Throughout the year, restaurants and establishments in the Eastern community host "fundraising nights" that allow EHS families & friends to enjoy a meal or event, while supporting the band! EHS receives a percentage of all purchases made during these special events. Watch for announcements on social media and the band calendar.

FRUIT SALE

The legendary Eastern Bands fruit sale is everyone's favorite day of the year. You get fresh fruit and the band makes a great profit. This is one of our biggest fundraiser of the year and helps all of the students in the process. 

SNAP-RAISE / ZEFFY

Snap-Raise and Zeffy are online giving campaigns personalized to EHS Band. It’s quick, easy, and secure with no products to sell and no money collection! Students will be asked to collect email addresses of friends and family. Personalized emails will be sent out about our fabulous EHS Band where individuals, both near and far, can donate to the Eastern HS Bands. It’s a snap, and it has the potential to be one of our biggest fundraisers of the year!

FOOTBALL CONCESSION STANDS

Make sure you're supporting the band when the eagles play and get the amazing bbq sandwich we offer. We have the best prices and selection. 

CAR WASHES

Best car wash in town. Look for our pop-up car washes in Middletown.

HOLIDAY BOUTIQUE

One of our longest running and most successful fundraisers is our Winter Holiday Boutique. We recently added the Spring Boutique as well. Email the organizers for more information. It's a fabulous way to support small businesses, the Middletown Community, and Eastern's Band Program.

*Check your email inbox for an email from Kroger containing a website link and follow the link that’s in the body of the email.

*When that webpage opens, click on Login to your Account.

*Use your email address and password to login.

*Select Community Rewards and then click on Edit.
