Save the date: Girls Who Code - Girls Who Code’s free, virtual summer program, Pathways, is accepting applications! Over seven weeks of flexible learning, you’ll explore the tech topics that excite you most. Choose beginner to advanced courses in: Game Design, Data Science + AI, AI + Society, Cybersecurity, Web Development. The Pathways application is open to high school girls and non-binary students, including rising 9th graders, graduating seniors, and returning participants.

This spring LM is looking for new T.A.L.E.N.T. – Training Aspiring Locals to Engineer a New Tomorrow, a 3‑year, full‑time apprenticeship for recent high‑school graduates. Who: High‑school graduates (≤ 24 months old) who are 18+ and not entering a 4‑year university immediately. Community‑college students are also welcome. What: 3‑year engineering apprenticeship with structured training, mentorship, and hands‑on project work. Why: Full Lockheed Martin benefits, college‑tuition reimbursement, a clear pathway to a permanent engineering career, and the opportunity to obtain a DoD security clearance. Commitment: Full‑time (40 hrs./week) with a guaranteed salary throughout the apprenticeship. Mines Academy is a transfer partnership program with Arapahoe Community College, Community College of Aurora, Front Range Community College and Red Rocks Community College, designed to provide a seamless pathway to Colorado School of Mines. By joining Mines Academy at a community college, students can complete the equivalent of the first 2 years of a Mines engineering degree at a reduced cost. Learn more here.
