Key Features of the New System:
Services in the header lets you quickly submit another request.
Ticket Requests show your current tickets and their status.
Add frequent support items to Favorites for easy acces

How to Submit a Request:
Go to https://support.jcisd.org and click Technology Services. This link goes live February 17.
Log in with your district Google Account. Google Single Sign-On (SSO) is available for Chrome users.
Select the appropriate issue category, choose the specific service, and submit your request.
Call the service desk at 517-768-5299 if you need additional support.
Facebook has made some changes on their end that don't play nice with our network. If you must use Facebook here are some possible solutions:
Login to the browser on your computer and not the app on your phone.
Turn off your wifi and use data on your phone or tablet.
Use Facebook before you get to school.
