Google Takeout is a tool from Google that allows you to backup all of your files from any Google product. This includes files from programs such as Gmail, Google Photos, Google Drive, and more. Watch the video for a quick tutorial on Google Takeout. 

Please make sure that when selecting documents for backup you are not moving work files into personal accounts. Work files should be saved for work purposes only.
