Drones in the Classroom
Course Runs: December 4 - January 8, 2024
Teachers will participate in a 4-day virtual course at their own pace.
The virtual portion will be followed by a one-hour in-person session.
During the virtual portion of the program attendees will learn how:
Drones are used in current industries
Become TRUST certified through an FAA partner
Learn the different parts of a drone
Learn how to code drones
The in-person session will consist of attendees coding, exploring, and flying our drones.
Nearpod Ninjas
Course Runs: January 8 - February 12, 2024
Teachers will participate in a 3-day virtual course at their own pace.
The 4th day is optional where teachers can demonstrate their learning of Nearpod with a classroom demonstration for a chance to win a year-long Gold Membership to Nearpod!
Participants will learn how to create:
Interactive lessons
Engage students through real-time assessments
Foster active participation in the classroom
Coffee & Canva
Join us for a Boost of Caffeine and Creativity
This course will be run as an in-person before-school program.
Participants will learn how to:
Get Canva EDU for free.
Create visually appealing materials.
Use both basic and advanced Canva tools.
Use Canva AI tools.
