WEEK #1 Orientation week
Skills: Effective communication and active listening.
TEACHING-LEARNING ACTIVITIES.- During orientation week, new students will have the opportunity to meet their professors and tour the institutions.
Simons says:
The teacher will give different instructions that the students must carry out in the form of a game, saying for example “Simon says…”
“Touch the wall!” “Catch a book!” “Sit in your chair!” “Jump!” , The students must carry out these actions and, in this way, they will acquire different vocabulary while playing. After several repetitions and once the vocabulary has been internalized, the teacher can do an action different from what he says so that the game is more difficult and the children have to think more about what they should do to carry out the action correctly.
