Student Academic Support 

This topic helps senior administrators to offer reasonable learning support programs for students through many methods: tutoring services and undergraduate teaching assistants (UTAs) to improve teaching and learning quality. Moreover, in this part, we focus on approaching peer-tutoring services and UTAs due to their benefits so as to enhance teaching and learning quality in target universities. This section also focuses on management skill of the senior leaders in Higher Education Institutions. Therefore, Human Resources Management (HRM) skill is the key to choose right person at the right position and at the right time.

Moreover, it is really not necessary to use many different methods, it is important to balance supply (resources of your universities: human, financial, time, ...) and demand (real needs of students) to make the most suitable choice to achieve to the effectivity of promoting teaching and learning quality.

Teaching Assistant 

A person who assist teachers in classes in terms of grading, making roll-calls or other activities related to the class curriculum. In higher education, TA can be clusterred into 2 main direction: graduate teaching assistant and undergraduate teaching assistant. Both are popular in different universities, but the latter is trendier and also more effective. 

Academic Coach
