Collaboration Artifact Reflection  

Throughout the BUS-X390 Integrative Experience project, my team for All Day Kicks demonstrated strong collaboration and communication while developing our weekly presentation PowerPoints. Each week, we met through Microsoft Teams to review our company’s performance results, discuss key financial, marketing, and operational outcomes, and decide on strategies for improvement. Using this information, we jointly created PowerPoint presentations—such as our Year 14 example—to summarize our results, highlight areas of success, and outline our plans for addressing challenges. These meetings allowed each team member to contribute unique insights and ensured our final presentations were cohesive, data-driven, and professional. This experience strengthened my teamwork, analytical, and presentation skills while showing the importance of consistent communication and shared responsibility in achieving project goals.
